At Moli Brew, every order is roasted and prepared specifically for you, therefore, we cannot offer standard returns on any tea or coffee purchases.

Sales Finality

Because our coffee, tea, and custom items are made-to-order, all transactions are considered final.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Consumables that have been opened (including tea and coffee)
  • Products that have been used
  • Customized or made-to-order goods

Issues with Orders

Should your items arrive in a damaged, incorrect, or defective state, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Eligible cases will receive a refund or replacement.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original form of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
