Sourced from the highlands of Chiapas, Mexico, this specialty coffee is grown at elevations ranging from 1,000 to 1,800 meters and carefully washed to highlight its vibrant character. Expect a creamy body with notes of rich chocolate, dark cherry, orange, and a sweet, clean finish.

This coffee is produced through Alma de Chiapas, a cooperative supporting nearly 600 coffee farmers — 490 men and 109 women — cultivating over 1,650 hectares of land. Alma de Chiapas helps these farmers pursue Fair Trade certification and build stronger, independent operations, creating opportunities that extend well beyond the harvest.
